San Jose homes range from downtown high-rise units and North San Jose apartment complexes to single-family houses in Willow Glen, Cambrian and Almaden Valley. Each needs a different plan, and we build that plan with you before move day.
Houses: single-family homes with garages, yards and more furniture. The crew pads and wraps each piece, takes apart beds and tables when needed and puts them back together at the new home.
Apartments and condos: elevator bookings, loading zones and long hallways. Reserve the elevator with your building, tell us the window, and we size the crew to fit it. We can supply a certificate of insurance where management requires one.
From a studio to a large family home, the rate card stays the same: $129 per hour for 2 movers, $169 for 3 and $209 for 4. Bigger homes usually need a bigger crew to finish in fewer hours. The smallest job, 3 hours with 2 movers, is $387.
Before the move: we confirm your date, both addresses, the home size, access details and anything heavy or fragile, then send the crew size, hour range and price in writing.
On move day: the crew protects floors and doorways, pads and wraps furniture, loads the 26-foot truck, drives to the new home and places furniture and boxes in the rooms you choose.
Add packing to your residential move and the crew handles the boxes as well. Choose full packing, partial packing or only the kitchen and fragile items. Packing and unpacking
